Only UK-based applications will be accepted, as this is a role that requires close collaboration and in-person meetings with the wider UK team.

The Role:
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth. Balance efforts between reaching out to existing contacts and conducting cold outreach to generate new leads
Customer Onboarding and Management: Efficiently manage inbound leads, conduct product demos, and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new customers
Inbound Lead Management: Prepare for and handle increased inbound activity, especially in anticipation of major PR campaigns such as the upcoming collaboration with a major global retailer
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing lead to align strategies and identify target opportunities for inbound and outbound sales
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement
Performance Analysis: Define, analyse, and act upon key metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales and onboarding processes. Continuously iterate to improve performance
Lead Generation: Continuously develop and refine strategies to drive lead generation and convert leads into loyal customers
Who You Are:
Sales Expert: A self-starter with proven experience in sales strategy, lead generation, and customer management
Customer-Centric: Strong ability to manage customer relationships, from initial contact through onboarding and ongoing engagement
Proactive Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging customers through calls, emails, and demos
Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategies that align with company objectives and drive business growth
Collaborative: Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams, particularly marketing, to achieve common goals
Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to optimise sales processes
Prepared and Organised: Able to manage multiple tasks and prepare for major initiatives, such as PR campaigns, to ensure readiness and success
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using digital tools and platforms to manage sales processes and customer relationships
Retail Experience: Experience in a retail environment is a major plus
