About us
Hyper is an innovative, London-based startup on a mission to redefine how people experience the real world. We’ve built the most accurate and scalable indoor location technology, and have rolled out in IKEA stores across Europe.
We’ve entered a space with huge commercial demand, but previously defined by inaccurate and disappointing solutions, such as bluetooth beacons. Using our new approach, powered by a mix between Augmented Reality sensors and WiFi, we’ve been able to achieve 5x more accurate location than any other solution, with unlimited scale and an amazing user experience. This is “Indoor location that actually works”.
Culture
Our team, based in and around London, is made up of 15-20 brilliant and passionate product experts. We foster an environment of collaboration and ownership, encouraging our team members to extend their expertise beyond their designated role, allowing them to take charge of bigger initiatives in areas that spark their interest.
Every week, we join forces to collaborate and test new features in live locations. At Hyper, we prioritise building robust internal tools that facilitate remote debugging of our location and navigation technology. Plus, we offer the opportunity to travel to global locations like NYC, SF, Spain, and Italy where our technology is being implemented.
The Role
Own and drive the marketing strategy across multiple channels including web, social, blog and email to deliver high quality, engaging content to drive lead generation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and commercial to align strategies and set initiatives to achieve company objectives
Develop comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic
Develop and nurture a consistent brand strategy and unique multi-channel campaigns to drive the Hyper brand forward to market leading status
Define, analyse then action upon key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and continually iterate
Who you are
A self starter with proven experience in marketing strategy, content creation, and brand marketing
Product marketing experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Detailed knowledge of effective SEO and experience driving organic traffic
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite
Tried and tested copywriting skillss
Competent with video and static image asset creation
Ability to multitask and prioritise projects in a fast-paced environment
Robust stakeholder management
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
A keen interest in the AR and location space
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
Experience with running paid media campaigns

Knowledge of location technology
