Hyper is an innovative AR startup, on a mission to revolutionise the way that people interact with the real world. We’re focusing on one of the biggest opportunities in the space - integrating AR with every location (stores, airports, malls, campuses etc.), starting with retail. Our technology combines AR with indoor maps, location and navigation, enabling all kinds of spatial experiences and value to be created.

We’ve built an exceptional new technology that can locate people accurately indoors - much better than GPS and without the need for any beacons - and then navigate them to any product or destination. Our mobile interface combines maps with AR, introducing new ways to navigate and interact with the real world.

Right now, we’re partnering with the most iconic retailers in the world, to re-invent their in-store shopping experience (we can share more on this privately). We’re live with shoppers across Europe and the US, in major locations.

The role

Our product enables retailers to serve precise location, maps, navigation and AR features to their customers.

We're continuing our transition from founder-led sales to building out a full Enterprise B2B function and are looking for a Founder's Associate to drive the early stages of our sales funnel.

What you’ll be working on

• Generate new qualified business opportunities via highly-personalised outreach  
• Assist with creating and delivering compelling presentations to prospects and clients
• Maintaining our CRM system

Who you are

• Has experience managing outreach process
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A bit scrappy - willing to get into the nitty-gritty and do low-level tasks as needed
• Nice to have: experience working with Enterprise Customers
